Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Securely

  Place the watch and all original accessories back into the Suunto box, ensuring it is padded well to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
